Appointment Policies
Booking Appointments: All appointments must be scheduled in advance through my online booking system or via direct contact. A deposit may be required to secure your spot.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or adjusted to fit the remaining time.
Cancellations: I kindly request at least 72 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Deposits and Payments
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required for certain services, including color corrections and hair extensions. This deposit will go toward the total service cost.
Payment Methods: I accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment options like [e.g., Venmo or Cash App]. Full payment is due at the time of service.
Extension and Color Services
Consultations Required: For extensions and major color services, I require a consultation to assess your hair and discuss your goals. This ensures I deliver the best results tailored to you.
Hair Extension Maintenance: Regular maintenance appointments are necessary to keep your extensions in great condition. I’ll provide you with a personalized maintenance schedule.
Color Corrections: Due to the complexity of color corrections, multiple sessions may be needed to achieve the desired result while preserving your hair’s health.
Salon Etiquette
Arrival: Please arrive with clean, dry hair unless otherwise instructed. This allows me to focus more time on your service.
Guests and Children: To maintain a relaxing environment, I ask that only clients receiving services come to the appointment.
Communication: Share your preferences and concerns openly. I want you to leave feeling completely satisfied with your look.
Refunds and Adjustments
Service Adjustments: If you’re not satisfied with your service, please let me know within 7 days. I’ll be happy to make arrangements for a color correction.
Refunds: Due to the time and effort invested in each service, I do not offer refunds.
Health and Safety
Illness Policy: If you’re feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment to protect the health of myself and other clients.
Product Sensitivities: Inform me of any allergies or sensitivities prior to your appointment. I’ll adjust products accordingly to ensure your comfort.
